Buy-Outs

For Buy-Outs, we can host from 40~75 people in our whole restaurant. From milestone birthdays, to cocktail parties, wedding dinners, holiday events, and even large presentations, we are ready to host you!

Restaurant bookings require a minimum spend that varies depending on the day and time of your event.

The minimum covers all food and beverages but does not include taxes or gratuity.

Minimum spend for a Delara buy-out:

Lunch Mon–Fri : $3,000 / Brunch Sat–Sun : $4,500

Dinner Mon–Thu : $6,000 / Fri–Sat : $8,000 /Sun : $7,000

When you do a Buy-Out at Delara, we work with you to make your vision comes true. You may bring decor, a photobooth, your own DJ, anything that fits in the space is doable.

You want to have an open bar? Absolutely. You prefer to have a tailored menu with drink tickets? We can do that.

You want passed canapes for a cocktail party? Yes, we have a great selection! You want your guests to sit down for a full meal? Happy to feed you!

PAYMENT TERMS: We ask that you provide us with a $500 room booking fee at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refundable up to two (2) weeks prior to your event. The final bill will include all applicable taxes as well as a 20% service charge on food and drink cost. It will be due on the day of the event.

  • We are happy to accommodate allergies and/or dietary restrictions, as long as we know ahead of time. Since we prepare everything from scratch, we have gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and nut-free options available.

  • Each menu already includes desserts, and we are happy to make our famous Orange & Turmeric Cake here for your party. However if you have a particular cake you wish to have for your event, you may bring it if you wish.

  • It’s your party and you can bring decor if you want, as long as everything is taken with you at the end of your event.

  • The music at Delara plays through an iPad. In case of a Buy-Out, we are happy to plug in your own playlist if you have one. For speeches, you will need to bring your own microphone. If you want to hire a DJ for your event, you will need to provide all the equipment yourself. Same with video (screen, projector, etc). We do have a lot of outlets available throughout the room to help with configuration.
